Job Description
Empire State Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and customer service, with a passion for optimizing online performance. The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Online Banking service function of the Bank which includes but is not limited to acting as Project Manager, overseeing and testing online services for new and upgraded product releases; responsible for the setup, testing and implementation of new or changing software configurations, processing interfaces and transaction testing for the Bank’s core processor, ancillary products and services. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology; minor in business or accounting curriculum. Fiserv experience. A minimum of two (2) years’ banking and customer service experience. You must be able to travel between branch/customer locations, be able to drive and have access to an automobile daily, be able to sit, stand and/or walk for an extend period and lift boxes up to 30 pounds.
